Insulation Removal & Replacement

We perform full cleaning and removal services for vermiculite insulation.

Our process involves containment of the work area, along with negative air pressure to control dust, and water-based methods to keep particles from becoming airborne. Once carefully removed, all surfaces are thoroughly cleaned, and an encapsulant is applied to lock in any remaining dust, leaving the area safe and clean.

Vermiculite is an insulation material commonly used in attics and walls. Historically, vermiculite was mined alongside asbestos materials and is now considered to contain asbestos so this type of work is handled as asbestos abatement.
